How Not to Settle for LESS than what you deserve

In the last few days, I have been pondering over my journey and how each and every challenge I met, allowed me to open my mind to a new possibility and my own self expression.

I grew up in a small town in Punjab in India and I had no vision to step out in a big world and find my own grounding and a life of choice. There had been significant challenges starting from conservative family values to social stigmas that many times had put me on spot and brought in so much distress and anxiety. 

But, there was a rebel in me who looked forward to fighting the challenges and break the limits set upon women in small towns, and go beyond the norms.

Did I have the vision of who I was going to be? No, not at all. 

But, I did know where I didn't want to be....  and, probably, that was enough to take the first step. 

I was 18 when I left my home town for higher studies and eventually for job and lived around different places in India and now since last 12 years in the USA.

I am so grateful for this incredible journey of "reinventing myself" and breaking the shackles of usual family norms as well as my own LIMITING beliefs around what was possible for me.️

The reason I am sharing my story here is to remind you that you can reinvent and rebuild your life any time you want and you MUST never settle for anything less than a life that offers you fulfillment, grounding, passion and utter joy.

... If you don’t enjoy your WORK LIFE, it’s because you probably never were able to let go of the fear and held yourself back from giving yourself ONE WHOLEHEARTED CHANCE to build what you are passionate about

... If you are struggling with your INTIMATE relationship, its simply because you didn’t follow your TRUE VALUES and compromised with what is not aligned with your core nature.

... and, probably if your HEALTH EXPERIENCE is not optimum, it’s because you haven’t build clear boundaries and discipline around your health to touch the highest vitality, strength and energy. 

We must understand that we are the sum total of our daily HABITS that are based on your subconscious programming.. and we must break those patterns and reprogram ourselves for our best and highest (purposeful) living. 

Here are few aspects to start to build consciously in your life. 

  • build clarity on your VALUE in work life fir higher confidence.
  • generate inner peace & calm with LESS resistance to challenges. 
  • use the power of resilience to step out of the norms and TAKE HEART ALIGNED ACTIONS.
  • step into your highest purpose to create highest success & impactful leadership
  • prioritize your LIFE GOALS and focus on work-life balance and build your career for passion, purpose and your highest value contribution. 

I hope you felt fired up to discover your highest VALUE and impact so you can uniquely position yourself and get paid, promoted and build authority in your area of expertise.
